In my core 1:1 program, you’ll not only learn WHAT and HOW to eat so you can quit stressing over food and get back your time and energy for the things you care about, but you’ll also transform your relationship with exercise (or “movement” as I like to refer to it) so you can feel good about your body inside and out.
In this 1:1 Program, not only do we focus on habits around food that will optimize your metabolism and make you feel good about what and how you’re eating, but we also look at how to take things OFF your plate and get more of your time back so you’re not in overwhelm.
It’s not just about giving you MORE healthy habits to implement each week on top of your long list of to-do’s, but also learning how to set boundaries and prioritize with intention so you have time & energy for your new goals and the other things you care about.
The Stress-Free Eating Roadmap
In this 6-week program, you’ll have a clear roadmap customized around your goals for WHAT and HOW to eat so you can quit stressing over food and get back your time and energy for the things you care about.
This way of working with me 1:1 is just the ticket if you’re looking for a shorter time commitment but still want help getting the ball rolling towards your health goals.
