Two private coaching sessions per month on a month-to-month basis for as long as you need to help you establish clear goals and go from stuck in a rut to feeling confident & supported.
Having me in your “back pocket” as your personal accountability partner — including personal check ins via text or email between calls — so you can stay on track and feel a sense of accomplishment knowing you followed through on your goals.
Structure & support so you can stay motivated & consistent knowing you’re not alone on the journey (especially on days when sh*t hits the fan and things don’t go according to plan).
Lessons & hands-on exercises in our coaching sessions to give you new tools to cultivate healthier habits that actually stick.
Handouts, recipes, & resources curated for you in the Resource Hub so you have exactly what you need every step of the way without decision fatigue.
