I thought this simple gratitude practice would be a great way to start the holiday season, especially with Thanksgiving coming up (for those of us in the US). Whenever I’m having a tough or stressful week, I try and make a point to say positive things out loud to create and attract more positive energy.

My intention is for you to feel more positive energy yourself this week during this challenge so that you can attract more goodness into your life.
