Former fashion industry pro turned health coach. Obsessed with rock climbing, almond-coconut lattes, and my Cavapoo puppy, Lulu.

But more “officially”…

As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, my mission is to help busy professionals overcome comfort eating habits and have a healthier relationship with food & exercise so they can stop stressing over food and get back their time & energy for the things they care about.

My approach isn't about temporary fixes or fad diets (honestly, I cringe at the word “diet”). My focus is helping you create small, sustainable changes that add up to long-term success. 

I GET comfort eating — caffeine and sugar used to be my “just get me through the day” escape back when I worked in the corporate fashion industry (I hit my breaking point in an empty stairwell of a Times Square office building…New York City. 12:15 AM on a Thursday. Silk pins spilled all over the floor…but we’ll save that story for another day). 

From navigating healthier eating even in a high-stress environment to discovering the transformative power of rock climbing and the joy of movement — despite never having been the “athletic type” — every step has been a lesson in living a balanced life and proof of our capacity for personal transformation. 

Now, I'm here to share those lessons with you and help you finally conquer your cravings so you can feel truly satisfied when it comes to not just food, but ALL areas of your life.

“One thing I’ve taken to heart that you’ve said is I do think about it — I bought a jar of cookies which are my absolute favorite, but I deliberately moved them to a place that’s inconvenient so I have to really think about it.

Now when I want a cookie, I notice I ask myself, ‘Do I really want that cookie right now?’ Sometimes yes I really do, but other times I go ‘No, but I think I could go for another snack.’

Before I never thought about the cookies, but now I make a conscious decision.”
