I’ll explain…
Several weeks ago one of my clients shared that she was reaching for the “wrong” foods again. She couldn’t stop herself from grabbing all the junk food in sight — french fries, cookies, chips, you name it.
It became clear to her that it was a problem when she found herself pulling up to the Taco Bell drive-through in the heat of a stressful moment and began aggressively chowing down on a beef taco and large Mountain Dew.

This private session is approximately 60 minutes.

The coaching session must be scheduled for a day that’s within 3 months of the purchase date. You don’t have to schedule the session immediately after purchase. You can do so anytime up to the 3 months, but please plan ahead in case I have limited availability for your desired date.

Definitely! While I would suggest running it by them first to make sure they’re open to working with a Health Coach, this can make for a great gift that they can redeem at a time that’s convenient. It’s a great way to help someone start 2025 empowered with healthier habits, less stress, and a personalized game plan to support their goals.

All coaching sessions will be video calls using Google Meet, which is very similar to Zoom.

We’ll start by identifying one clear, specific goal you’d like to focus on regarding your health & self care. I’ll ask you some questions to help uncover what might be getting in your way and lay out a step by step plan to help you make progress on your goal. Depending on the topic, we may also incorporate an exercise and/or handouts so that you have everything you need to follow through on your plan and see results.
